Brenda Varner is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years extensive experience working at BIG 4 accounting firms in Northern and Southern California. She has provided Audit, Review, Internal Control, Technical Accounting, Global International and Domestic Tax Advisory Services, SEC initial registration and required filings, Expert Witness services along with Consulting Services in IFRS reporting, IT implementation services for tax, process improvement and documentation. She has provided Stock Option Administration and filings; creating policies, procedures and processes for reporting.
Brenda’s extensive background dealing with publicly traded companies and overseas enterprises is a result of her work at PWC as Director of the Emerging Business Practice and at Deloitte working as a Senior Manager in the Tax Management Advisory Services.
